Every Pass has 2 categories:
- Seasonal Pass +1,20 m
- Seasonal Pass -1,20 m / Senior (+ 65 years old. It is mandatory to show an official identification to collect the Seasonal Pass)
People -0,80 meters have free entrance so they do not need seasonal pass.
People with a disability level of 33%: €5 discount.
People with a disability level equal to or greater than 65%: €10 discount.
To get the discount you must send an email to: club@waterworld.es attaching your disability card and ID and we will send you a discount code to make the purchase. Once the purchase is made without the discount code, it can no longer be applied in any case. It will be essential to present the disability card + ID when collecting the pass.
Payment modalities
You can pay in the following ways:
- One unic payment with card.
- In two times: 50% when you do the purchase and the remaining 50% with card the day you come to the park to collect the seasonal pass.

If I haven't received the tickets confirmation e-mail
In general, when buying any of our products, you will receive instantly a confirmation email when the purchase is made. But this process, sometimes, can take from 30 minutes to an hour.
If you haven't received confirmation of your purchase, we recommend you to check your spam folder or junk mailbox. Our emails could be considered as spam, and you will probably find your confirmation email there. To avoid this, it is highly recommended that you select our email addresses as the intended recipient.
