Pass details
Fill in all the fields to be able to personalize your passes:Dream Pass - 1,20 meters / Senior (+65 years old)
For people between 0,80 meters and -1,20 meters or +65 years old (identification needed).
Valid until the end of the 2026 season. Not valid on the day of purchase, but from the following day onwards.
Terms of the offer
- The Pass is personal and non-transferable. Access will be individually controlled at the park's entrance. It only gives access to the holder preinted on the pass itself.
- Access to the Parks is governed by the opening calendar during 2026. The opening days could be conditioned by weather phenomena, special events or other inclemency.
- The season pass must be activated at the park where it was purchased once it has opened.
- The Seasonal Pass holders can enjoy all the detailed benefits, according to modality, during all the opening season (provided that weather and technical conditions allow it). The days not enjoyed will be not refundable.
- To enjoy all the benefits assigned to each modality, it will be mandatory to present it physically at the different points with advantages (access to the parks, Locker rental, hammock rental, shops, restaurants and other services). Without the physically you can not enjoy any benefit or advantage
- Preferential table reservation at Mamma Mia! or La Calma restaurant (according to availability and season).
- The shop and restaurant’s discount (according to modality) it will always be applied to the owner that appears on the physical card. At the restaurants, we only admit applying on the menu, order or transaction of the owner (not extended to family, friends or companions).
- The wrong use of the pass, not to follow the regulations or any other alteration of the derived service will entail the withdrawal without the right to claim or return the amount paid and not used.
- The park reserves the right of “non-renewable” of the pass to all those holders who have not complied with the established regulations or have had a fraudulent and altered used within the facilities of the two parks.
- If you want to cancel your seasonal pass purchase you can do it before the 30th o April 2026. Once that date has passed, no refund will be made under any circumstances.

If I haven't received the tickets confirmation e-mail
In general, when buying any of our products, you will receive instantly a confirmation email when the purchase is made. But this process, sometimes, can take from 30 minutes to an hour.
If you haven't received confirmation of your purchase, we recommend you to check your spam folder or junk mailbox. Our emails could be considered as spam, and you will probably find your confirmation email there. To avoid this, it is highly recommended that you select our email addresses as the intended recipient.
